Program Novice - 7-10 ans / yrs - Child must be 7 years old when the course starts / L’Enfant doit avoir 7 ans quand le cours commence. The Wet Feet program will introduce youngsters to the joys of "messing around in boats".

*Si un enfant est inscrit à un programme pour lequel il n'est pas éligible, des frais d'administration de 10 % seront appliqués.

CanSail 1+2 en Optimist ainsi que la possibilité d'un cours d'introduction à la course de la voile si l'expérience des élèves le permet. Ce programme sera disponible pour les élèves âgés jusqu'a 13 ans qui ont complété un programme WETFEET. Un élève par bateau. En raison des réglements sur la classe de voiliers Optimist, ce nouveau programme exige une limite de poids de 125 lbs.

CanSail1+2 programs in Opti’s as well as the possibility of an introduction to racing element if experience allows. This program is open to youth up to 13 years of age who have completed a WETFEET program. One student per boat. Due to Optimist Class Rules a maximum weight limit of 125lbs. for this program.

Cours de base VoileCAN 1&2 FJ - 2 sem / Beginner CANSail 1&2 FJ - 2 weeks

Ages: 10-17 ans / yrs (VoileCAN 1+2 / CANSail 1+2) Ces cours sont du lundi au vendredi pendant 2 semaines. Sur nos voiliers “Squadron 13”, les élèves apprennent les divers aspects de la voile tels que les techniques de la voile, le gréement d’un voilier, les différentes voiles, la position des équipiers sur un voilier, etc. Chaque étudiant doit pouvoir nager 45 mètres, tout habillé et doit avoir une veste de flottaison approuvée.

This course is Monday to Friday, for the duration of 2 weeks. Students will sail our club Squadron 13’s. Students will learn the basic skills of sailing from rigging to your position in the boat, steering sail handling etc.

Cours avancés VoileCAN 3+4 / Advanced Sailing Skills CANSail 3+4
Ces cours sont du lundi au vendredi pendant 4 semaines. Sur nos voiliers “420”, les élèves pourront perfectionner leurs habilités de capitaine et d’équipier et ils apprennent l’utilisation d’un spinnaker et d’un trapèze. **L'étudiant doit avoir completer le program de VoileCAN 2.** This course is Monday to Friday, 4 week session. Students will sail our club 420’s. Student's will take their "basic" skills to another level developing further their skipper and crewing skills. Spinnaker and trapeze will be introduced. **Student must have completed the CANSail 2 program**.

Cours d'équipier VoileCAN / Race Team CANSail
An intensive sailing program designed to teach advanced theory, racing rules, racing, tactics, spinnaker, trapeze and qualify these students for the CANSail 5+6 level. A Sail Canada qualified coach, who will instruct students and coach them on the racecourse, directs this program. Students must have completed CANSail 4.

Cours de dériveur d'adultes / Adult Dinghy courses

Designed to teach the safe and proper handling of a small sailboat, this approximately 18 hour course teaches theory and the technique of sailing drawn from the Canadian Yachting Association program. Practical experience on the water will be given as often as weather permits. At the conclusion of the course, you should be able to enjoy the pleasure of sailing by yourself.

This course is given on 3 consecutive Sunday's.
